Single- & Double-Hung

These are the most common type of windows found in homes. They have two sashes (the moving part of the window) that slide up and down to open and close the window. Single-hung windows only have one operable sash, while double-hung windows have two.

Bay or Bow Windows

Bay windows are a great way to add extra space and light to your home. They protrude out from the wall and typically have three or more sashes that can be opened. Bow windows are similar to bay windows, but they curve outward instead of projecting straight out.

Awning Windows & Sliding Windows

Awning windows are hinged at the top and open out from the bottom. This makes them a great choice for areas where you want to keep the rain out, such as a bathroom or kitchen. Sliding windows are similar to single-hung windows, but they have two sashes that slide left and right instead of up and down.

Picture Windows & Casement Windows

Picture windows are fixed windows that don’t open. They are typically used to let in a lot of light and provide a beautiful view from inside your home. Casement windows are hinged on the side and open like a door, making them perfect for areas where you need more ventilation.
